Harissa - Gourmet Pepper Blend

Harissa is a gourmet red pepper blend originating off the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, made by grinding together the perfect blend of five fresh and all-natural ingredients: sun-dried peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt and spices.

Caldo Harissa is both an ingredient and a condiment, used similarly to sri racha, but of far higher quality and taste. From salad to soup, oven to grill, dipping or spreading, Caldo Harissa has many uses:
Rub onto meats before roasting or grilling
Add to sauces, marinara, soups, broths, stews, or gravy’s
Spoon into casseroles, oven bakes, salads, couscous, rice and pasta dishes or eggs
Spread on sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, tacos
Mix with butter, mayonaise, yogurt, hummus, sour cream
Thin with olive oil and use as a dip for bread or crackers
A healthy addition to almost anything, maximizing the potential for every meal

Caldo’s Harissa is dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, sugar free, and chemical free. It is vegetarian, vegan and kosher. Refrigerate after opening to preserve freshness. Drizzle a layer of olive oil on top to seal in freshness.

Traditional:
OOOOO Heat Level
This harissa offers a traditional blend of peppers, with heat.  Don't underestimate the traditional, this blend is anything but traditional.
 

Smoked:
OOOOO Heat Level
This harissa features the Smoky Serrano Pepper, which offers a mild and almost sweet heat for our beginner harissa lovers. 
 
Fierce:
OOOOO Heat Level
This is currently our hottest harissa, the smoldering heat brought to you by the piri piri pepper.  This harissa is so hot, it should come with a warning label. We warned you.
